Orders confirmed before 2pm ET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is with the carrier.

Packaging

Sealed, protected, discreet

Vials are sealed, individually protected and shipped in plain outer packaging. Lyophilised peptides do not require cold-chain shipping for transit periods of up to two weeks.

Customs and duties

Documentation handled

For international shipments we prepare the customs documentation and manage clearance end to end. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may still apply on delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
