All products sold by Miro Biotech are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products. By ordering you confirm that:

Product descriptions summarise published in-vitro and preclinical research literature for reference. They are not claims of safety or efficacy in humans, and nothing on this site should be read as a therapeutic claim.
Orders are placed through the checkout on this site, either paid in Bitcoin or sent to us by email for invoicing. Prices shown here are indicative and exclude any applicable duties or taxes; a binding total is confirmed in writing before dispatch. Card, PayPal, CashApp and Zelle are offered on request and are invoiced by our team, not collected on this site.
Bitcoin payments are sent by you from your own wallet to the address published at checkout. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible and the exchange rate moves; we confirm the amount received and the order total by email before dispatch. Always verify the address shown at checkout before sending, and email us the transaction ID so we can match your payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where we cannot verify research intent or where local restrictions apply.
Because these are sealed laboratory materials, opened vials cannot be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.
This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it never collects card or wallet credentials. Your order list and the shipping details you type at checkout are stored only in your own browser’s local storage — they never leave your device until you send them to us by email. If you pay in Bitcoin, the transfer happens in your own wallet, not on this site.
When you email us, we keep your correspondence and shipping details for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell or share your information with third parties other than the carriers used to deliver your order.
